Delicious Savory Bake with Mixed Meats and Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 200 grams of mixed deli meats (e.g., Parisier, salami, ham), cubed
  • 200 grams of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese), cubed
  • 200 grams of tomatoes (e.g., cherry tomatoes), halved
  • ½ capia pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 large eggs (or 4 smaller ones)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 8 grams of baking powder
  • 350 grams of flour
  • A few peas (reserve some for decoration)
  • Optional: chives, green onion, parsley, or dill for garnish
Instructions
  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Cube 200g of mixed deli meats (Parisier, salami, ham).
    • Cube 200g of cheddar cheese or your preferred cheese.
    • Halve 200g of cherry tomatoes (or use your preferred tomatoes).
    • Finely chop ½ capia pepper.
  2. Mixing Eggs and Seasoning:
    • Break 3 large eggs into a large bowl (use 4 if they are smaller).
    • Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
    • Add 100ml of oil and 200ml of milk to the eggs and mix.
  3. Incorporate Dry Ingredients:
    • Gradually add 8g of baking powder and 350g of flour to the egg mixture.
    • Mix thoroughly. You can use a mixer for this step.
  4. Add Vegetables and Cheese:
    • Add the cubed deli meats, cubed cheddar cheese, halved tomatoes, chopped capia pepper, and a few peas.
    • Optionally, add chives, green onion, parsley, or dill.
    • Mix everything well with a spatula.
  5. Prepare and Decorate the Tray:
    • In a baking tray with a 20cm diameter, place a glass in the center.
    • Carefully pour the mixture around the edges of the glass.
    • Decorate the top with some reserved ham, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and a few peas.
  6. Baking:
    • Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
    • Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
