Delicious Pasta with Shrimps

Ingredients
    Shrimps:
  • 450 grams shrimps
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sweet paprika (to taste)
  • Chili flakes (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Pasta and Sauce:
  • 2 small shallots (finely chopped)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (crushed and finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grams pasta
  • Parmesan (grated, for garnish)
  • 3 cups chicken broth (or water)
  • Optional: Dried tomatoes (to taste)
  • 50 milliliters cooking cream
  • Spinach (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Shrimps:
    • Season 450g of shrimps with salt, sweet paprika, chili flakes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and black pepper. Mix well.
    • In a well-heated pan, fry the shrimps until cooked through and golden on both sides.
    • Remove the shrimps from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • Add the finely chopped shallots and garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
    • Add 200g of pasta and sauté for about 2 minutes until the pasta changes color.
  3. Cook the Pasta:
    • For 1 glass of pasta, add 3 glasses of chicken broth or water. Add the broth in two rounds.
    • After adding the second portion of the broth, mix well, cover, and let it simmer on medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
  4. Combine Everything:
    • Optional: Add dried tomatoes if desired for extra flavor.
    • Once the pasta is cooked, add 50ml of cooking cream, spinach, and the cooked shrimps.
    • Mix everything well until combined and heated through.
    • Finish with grated parmesan.
