Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • ½ yellow onion (or red onion), finely chopped
  • 1 slice of ham (optional), finely chopped
  • 1-2 pickled cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chili flakes (optional, to taste)
Instructions
  1. Boil the Egg:
    • Place the egg in cold water and bring to a boil.

    • Let it boil for about 6 minutes (or until your preferred consistency).

    • Once done, transfer to cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes to cool and make peeling easier.

  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, mash the boiled egg with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese using a fork until it becomes a paste.

    • Add finely chopped onion, pickled cucumber, and ham (if using).

    • Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.

    • Add the canned tuna (drained) and mix everything well.
