n a large bowl, crack the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and mix well. Add the flour and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4 Dip the parizel in the egg mixture and fry in hot oil until nicely browned.
5 Cut the cheddar cheese into slices and place on half of the bread.
6 Place the bread with cheese in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
7 Assemble the sandwich by adding dandelion leaves, tomatoes, pickled onion, and plenty of spicy mayonnaise.
