- 1 medium-sized red onion
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Parsley
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 tablespoons of flour
- Slices of bread (baguettes or regular bread)
- Cheddar cheese
- Tomatoes
- Spicy mayonnaise
- few slices of parizel
- dandelion leaves
- Slice the red onion into thin slices and season with salt, black pepper, and vinegar.
Set aside.
- Chop the parsley.
- n a large bowl, crack the eggs, season with salt and black pepper, and mix well. Add the flour and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Dip the parizel in the egg mixture and fry in hot oil until nicely browned.
- Cut the cheddar cheese into slices and place on half of the bread.
- Place the bread with cheese in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Assemble the sandwich by adding dandelion leaves, tomatoes, pickled onion, and plenty of spicy mayonnaise.
