Ingredients
  • 10 pieces of chicken thighs

Instructions
  1. Preparing the Chicken:
    • In a pan, add the chicken thighs.
    • Add the marked onion and crushed garlic over the chicken.
    • Season with salt and a sprig of rosemary.
    • Add enough water to cover everything and let it boil for 40 minutes.
  2. Preparing the Potatoes:
    • Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and put them in a pan.
    • Season with salt, add water, and let it boil.
  3. Mash the Potatoes:
    • Once the potatoes are cooked, put them in a large bowl and mash them well.
  4. Remove Meat from Bones:
    • When the chicken is ready, remove the meat from the bones and keep the bones for later use.
  5. Mix the Ingredients:
    • Add the chicken meat to the mashed potatoes.
    • Add mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, salt, pepper, and sweet paprika.
    • Mix everything very well.
  6. Forming the Chicken Legs:
    • Take a bit of the mixture in your palm, place the bone in the middle, and flatten it to look like a chicken leg.
  7. Preparing for Frying:
    • In one bowl, put the breadcrumbs and season with salt.
    • In another bowl, beat the 3 eggs well.
    • Pass the chicken leg through the egg, then through the breadcrumbs.
  8. Cooking the Chicken Legs:
    • Fry them well on both sides in hot oil.
    • Alternatively, you can bake the chicken legs, but sprinkle them with a little oil first.
  9. Serving:
    • Serve the chicken legs with red chili sauce or your favorite sauce.
