A quick and satisfying recipe for crunchy, golden chicken bites – perfect for kids, parties, or snacking anytime!

Ingredients
    For the Chicken Marinade:
  • 3 boneless chicken thighs (shredded or cut into small bite-sized pieces) (o Alternative: chicken breast can also be used)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt you prefer)
  • For the Coating:
  • 4 tablespoons flour (adjust as needed)
  • Seasonings: salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, ginger powder and a mix of Chinese spices.
  • For Frying:
  • Vegetable oil (enough for deep frying – in a pot with high walls)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken:
      • Cut chicken thighs into small, bite-sized pieces.
      • In a large bowl, beat the egg and season with salt.
      • Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix well.
      • Add the chicken pieces to the mixture, coat thoroughly, cover the bowl, and refrigerate.
        • Marinate overnight for best results, or at least 1 hour if in a hurry.
  2. Prepare the Coating:
      • In another bowl, add flour.
      • Mix in your choice of seasonings. (Tip: ask for the creator's seasoning list if needed.)
      • Add 2–3 tablespoons of the yogurt-chicken mixture into the flour and mix with your fingers.
        • The goal is to create a sandy texture for extra crunch.
  3. Coat the Chicken:
      • Take each piece of marinated chicken and roll it in the seasoned flour mixture to coat.
  4. Fry the Chicken:
      • Heat a generous amount of oil in a deep pot.
      • Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated chicken pieces in.
      • Stir gently with a spatula to ensure even frying on all sides.
      • Fry until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve:
      • Remove and drain on paper towels.
      • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
