Crispy & Juicy Butter-Fried Chicken Wings

A pinch of salt
Black pepper, to taste
Paprika, to taste

Instructions

Season the Chicken Wings:
In a large bowl, mix
chicken wings
with
salt, black pepper, paprika, and flour
until well coated.
You can add any extra seasonings you prefer.

Fry the Chicken Wings:
Heat a
pan
over medium heat and add a little
vegetable oil
.
Place the wings in the pan and fry for
3-4 minutes per side
, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Add Butter for Extra Flavor:
When the wings are almost done, add
2 tablespoons of butter
and cook for another
2 minutes
, coating the wings in the melted butter.

Final Touch:
Transfer the wings to a bowl and add
1 more tablespoon of butter
while they are still hot.
