  • Store-bought pie sheets or phyllo dough
  • Extra egg mixed with milk (for brushing)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cheese Filling:
    • In a bowl, mix the sweet cheese, salty cheese, mozzarella, and eggs.

    • Use a fork to combine everything until smooth and well incorporated.

  2. Melt the Butter:
    • Gently melt 100 g of butter in the microwave for a few seconds.

    • Alternatively, use sunflower oil for a lighter version.

  3. Prepare the Pie Sheets:
    • Lay out one pie sheet at a time on a clean surface or tray.

    • Generously brush with melted butter (or oil). Ensure full coverage for crispiness.
