Creamy Pasta Lasagna
Ingredients

medium-sized onion (finely chopped)
3
garlic cloves (finely chopped)

tablespoon of oil
400
grams of minced pork (or beef/chicken)
Pasta (of your choice, boiled)

tablespoons of tomato broth
500
milliliters of chicken broth (or beef broth)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)

sprig of thyme
1
bay leaf
Bechamel sauce (optional)
Cheddar cheese (grated)
Instructions
Prepare the Onion and Garlic:
Finely chop
1 onion
and
3 garlic cloves
.
Heat
1 tablespoon of oil
in a pan, add the chopped onion, and a little water to soften the onion.
Cook the Meat:
Add
400 grams of minced pork
(or beef/chicken) to the pan and cook until the meat changes color.
Boil the Pasta:
Meanwhile, boil the pasta of your choice according to the package instructions.
Prepare the Meat Sauce:
Once the meat changes color, add
2-3 tablespoons of tomato broth
and
500 milliliters of chicken broth
(or beef broth).
Season with
salt
and
black pepper
, then stir well.
Add
1 sprig of thyme
and
1 bay leaf
to the mixture.
Cook for another
5 minutes
.
Combine the Pasta and Sauce:
Add the boiled pasta into the pan with the meat mixture.
Pour in a little water from the pasta pot.
Let everything simmer on medium heat for
10 minutes
, or until it drains from the liquid.
Add Bechamel Sauce and Cheese:
Pour
bechamel sauce
(optional but recommended for creaminess) over the pasta.
Sprinkle
grated cheddar cheese
