Season the chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, flour (if using), and ginger in a large bowl. Mix well.

Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add a tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook together with the onions and garlic for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.

Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the cooked pasta, chicken, and cooking cream to the pan. Stir well to combine.

If needed, add a little water from the pasta to adjust the consistency of the sauce.

Finally, add a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese to the pan and mix until melted and well incorporated.
Serve the creamy pasta topped with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
