Ingredients
  • 300 grams of shrimp
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • A few cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small onion
  • Garlic, finely chopped to taste
  • 100 milliliters cooking cream
  • 70 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • Spinach
  • Pasta (cooked al dente)
  • Pasta water
Instructions
  1. Preparing the shrimp:
    • Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
    • Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a hot pan and fry the shrimp until they change color. Remove and set aside on a plate.
  2. Preparing the vegetables:
    • Halve the cherry tomatoes.
    • Finely chop the garlic and the onion
  3. Cooking the pasta:
    • When the water starts to boil, add salt and cook the pasta until al dente.
  4. Making the sauce:
    • In the same pan where you fried the shrimp, add a cup of butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
    • Add the tomatoes, a little pasta water, and cook until the tomatoes start to soften.
    • Add 100 ml of cooking cream and the cooked pasta.
  5. Finishing the dish:
    • Grate 70 grams of Parmesan cheese over the pasta, season with salt and black pepper, and let it all simmer for about 5 minutes.
    • Add the spinach, shrimp, and more Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serving:

    Mix well and serve. Enjoy!
