Ingredients
300 grams of shrimp
Salt
Black pepper
Sweet paprika
Garlic powder
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons of butter
A few cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small onion
Garlic, finely chopped to taste
100 milliliters cooking cream
70 grams grated Parmesan cheese
Spinach
Pasta (cooked al dente)
Pasta water
Instructions
Preparing the shrimp:
Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a hot pan and fry the shrimp until they change color. Remove and set aside on a plate.
Preparing the vegetables:
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Finely chop the garlic and the onion
Cooking the pasta:
When the water starts to boil, add salt and cook the pasta until al dente.
Making the sauce:
In the same pan where you fried the shrimp, add a cup of butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, a little pasta water, and cook until the tomatoes start to soften.
Add 100 ml of cooking cream and the cooked pasta.
Finishing the dish:
Grate 70 grams of Parmesan cheese over the pasta, season with salt and black pepper, and let it all simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the spinach, shrimp, and more Parmesan cheese.
Serving:
Mix well and serve. Enjoy!
