Ingredients
  • 200 grams soft butter (at room temperature)
  • 400 grams condensed milk
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams biscuits (preferably with butter, or any you have)
  • 250 grams shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cream
    1. In a large bowl, add 200g of soft butter. Mix with a spatula or hand mixer for a few minutes until it becomes fluffy and changes color.
    2. Add 400g of condensed milk to the butter. Mix gently until combined.
    3. Then, add 200g of cream cheese and mix everything with a hand mixer until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the Biscuits
    1. Crush 100g of biscuits using a mixer or place them in a bag and crush them with a fork until they become fine crumbs.
  3. Combine the Ingredients
    1. Add the crushed biscuits into the cream mixture and mix well.
    2. Gradually add 250g of shredded coconut, mixing it in until the composition is thick and sticky.
  4. Chill the Mixture
    1. Leave the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
  5. Shape the Coconut Balls
    1. After chilling, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
    2. Optionally, roll the coconut balls in extra shredded coconut for a finishing touch.
