- 200 grams soft butter (at room temperature)
- 400 grams condensed milk
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams biscuits (preferably with butter, or any you have)
- 250 grams shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- Prepare the Cream
- In a large bowl, add 200g of soft butter. Mix with a spatula or hand mixer for a few minutes until it becomes fluffy and changes color.
- Add 400g of condensed milk to the butter. Mix gently until combined.
- Then, add 200g of cream cheese and mix everything with a hand mixer until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Prepare the Biscuits
- Crush 100g of biscuits using a mixer or place them in a bag and crush them with a fork until they become fine crumbs.
- Combine the Ingredients
- Add the crushed biscuits into the cream mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add 250g of shredded coconut, mixing it in until the composition is thick and sticky.
- Chill the Mixture
- Leave the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Shape the Coconut Balls
- After chilling, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Optionally, roll the coconut balls in extra shredded coconut for a finishing touch.
