- Start by seasoning the chicken drumsticks with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, powdered ginger, and two tablespoons of flour. Mix everything well in a large bowl.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the seasoned chicken drumsticks until they are golden brown on all sides. Set them aside.
- In the same pan, sauté sliced onions until they become translucent. Then, add grated garlic, thinly sliced bell peppers, and season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and a tablespoon of tomato paste. Mix everything well.
- Pour in a glass of water and between 150 and 200 milliliters of cooking cream. Allow the peppers to soften, then add Parmesan cheese and two bags of spinach. Let it cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the fried chicken drumsticks to the pan and let them simmer together with the sauce for about 10 minutes.
- Once everything is cooked through and the flavors have melded together, serve the chicken drumsticks with the delicious Parmesan sauce.
- Feel free to garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or basil, and enjoy your meal!
