For the Chicken Rolls
2 large chicken breasts
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Sweet paprika, to taste
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1tbsp yogurt
2tbsp oil
Cheddar cheese, cut into strips or slices
Bacon slices (enough to wrap each roll)

For the Tomato Garlic Sauce
3 medium tomatoes (or 1 large tomato)
1 garlic clove
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Oregano, to taste
2-3tbsp olive oil
2-3tbsp sweet ketchup

Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
Make sure the strips are not too thick or too thin.
Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Chicken
Add salt.
Add black pepper.
Add sweet paprika.
Add the crushed garlic.
Add the yogurt.
Add the oil.
Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.

Prepare the Cheese
Cut the cheddar cheese into strips or pieces suitable for rolling.
You may substitute cheddar with mozzarella, cheese, or another favorite melting cheese.

Place a piece of cheese on a strip of chicken.

Wrap a slice of bacon around each roll.
