Chicken and Zucchini Meatballs
Ingredients

small zucchini (grated)
500
grams chicken legs (cut into cubes, or you can use chicken breast or any meat you prefer)
3
cloves of garlic (grated)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
A few spices for chicken (optional, to your liking)

Juice from half a lemon
A handful of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Oil (for frying)
Instructions
Prepare the Zucchini:
Grate the
zucchini
and sprinkle it with
salt
. Let it sit for
5 minutes
to release moisture.
After 5 minutes, drain the excess juice from the zucchini.
Prepare the Meatball Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the drained zucchini,
chicken meat
(cut into cubes), and the grated
garlic
.
Add
black pepper
,
chicken spices
(if desired),
2 tablespoons flour

cheddar cheese
, and
1 egg
.
Add
juice from half a lemon
and
chopped parsley
.
Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
Form the Meatballs:
Using a spoon, shape the mixture into meatballs.
Fry the Meatballs:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
