- Tortillas (flatbreads/lipii) – as needed (about 3–4, depending on the size)
- 3 eggs
- A few slices of salami (or ham, baloney, etc.), diced
- Cheddar cheese, grated (or any cheese you like: mozzarella, gouda, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt)
- Salt – to taste
- Oregano – for topping
- Prepare the Filling:

- Dice the salami (or your preferred deli meat).
- Grate the cheese.
- In a bowl, crack the eggs, add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Mix well.
- Assemble the Dish:

- In an oven-safe baking dish, place a tortilla on the bottom.
- Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese, then salami, then a few spoonfuls of the egg mixture.
- Repeat the layering: tortilla → cheese → salami → egg, until you've used all the ingredients.
- Finish with a final layer of cheese and a sprinkle of oregano on top.
- Bake:

- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the top is nicely golden and bubbly.
