    For the base, place two layers of two sheets each, folding the ends and sealing with a mixture of beaten eggs.

    Repeat the process, adding a layer of beaten eggs, sprinkling cheese, and placing a single sheet of pie dough until all layers are used.

    Finish with two sheets of pie dough on top.

    Cut the pie into 9 equal pieces and pour the remaining egg mixture over the top.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
