Ingredients
  • 200 grams cottage cheese
  • 250 grams feta cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100 milliliters oil
  • 450 milliliters kefir
  • 10 sheets of pie
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and grated feta cheese.
  2. Incorporate the cheeses well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs add oil, kefir, 1 teaspons of salt and mix thoroughly.
  4. For the base, place two layers of two sheets each, folding the ends and sealing with a mixture of beaten eggs.
  5. Repeat the process, adding a layer of beaten eggs, sprinkling cheese, and placing a single sheet of pie dough until all layers are used.
  6. Finish with two sheets of pie dough on top.
  7. Cut the pie into 9 equal pieces and pour the remaining egg mixture over the top.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  9. Place the pie tray in the preheated oven and bake until golden brown on top.
  10. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
