Cauliflower Salad Recipe
Ingredients

medium-sized cauliflower (well washed and cut into pieces)
1
large onion (finely chopped)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
For the Mayonnaise:
1
raw egg yolk
1
teaspoon of mustard
200
milliliters of oil (adjust to preference)
Instructions
Prepare the Cauliflower:
Cut the washed cauliflower into florets.
Place the cauliflower in cold water, add salt, and bring it to a boil.
Let it cook until tender (check by inserting a fork), then drain and let it cool completely.
Chop the Onion:
Finely chop the large onion, or use an electric chopper for convenience.
Make the Mayonnaise:
In a bowl, combine 1 raw egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of mustard.
Gradually add 200-250 ml of oil, whisking continuously until you achieve the desired consistency.
Assemble the Salad:
Once the cauliflower has cooled, chop it into smaller pieces if necessary.
In a large bowl, mix the chopped cauliflower, mayonnaise, chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper to taste.
Serve:
Mix everything well and serve the salad cold. It’s even better the next day!
