- 1/4 head of cabbage (adjust quantity as needed)

- Prepare the Cabbage
- Cut the cabbage into small pieces, using about 1/4 of the head (adjust based on the portion size you want).
- Season the cabbage with salt and knead it gently to soften it.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture
- In a large bowl, crack 2 large eggs (or 3 small ones).
- Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Combine the Ingredients
- Add the prepared cabbage to the egg mixture and mix everything well.
- If you like, grate a carrot and add it to the mixture for extra flavor.
- Season with pepper and spicy seasoning (or your choice of spices).
- Cook the Dish
- Heat a pan over medium heat, then add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Allow the butter to melt.
- Pour the egg and cabbage mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly across the surface.
- Cook until a crust forms on the bottom, then carefully flip it over and cook for a few more minutes until the eggs are fully set.
- Add Cheese and Ham
- While the eggs are still cooking, grate some cheddar cheese and sprinkle it on top.
- Add a few slices of ham (optional) for added flavor.
