2-Chocolate Dipped Raspberries – Viral 3-Ingredient Dessert
Ingredients
White chocolate (about ¾ of a bar)
Dark chocolate (about ¾ of a bar)
Raspberries – fresh or frozen
Instructions
Prepare the Chocolate:
Break both the
white
and
dark chocolate
into pieces.
Melt them in separate bowls using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Prepare the Raspberries:
Wash and
dry fresh raspberries
well with a paper towel.
You can also use
frozen raspberries
– they're great because
chocolate sticks better
to them.
Dip the Raspberries:
Take one raspberry at a time:
Dip it into
white chocolate
,
Then into
dark chocolate
(or vice versa if you prefer).
Set the Dessert:
Place the dipped raspberries on a tray lined with
baking paper
.
Refrigerate for
30 minutes
until the chocolate hardens.
Serve cold straight from the fridge for a crisp, delicious bite-sized treat.
